Mr. Sachin Mandrekar is co-founder and CEO of TrainmePal, bringing more than twenty years of executive experience with leading Staffing and software consulting company. As the CEO of TrainmePal, Mr. Mandrekar is responsible for running all facets of the business. Sachin has a proven executive management track record of driving sales growth in the technology industry. Prior taking CEO chair at the TrainmePal, Sachin has been was Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President of operation for the Staffing and IT Consulting company, he led the transformation into Digital-Staffing company while growing sales 30% year over year.
He earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the GOA University, India in 1991.

Suma M SreejithVice President

Suma M Sreejith has diverse experience of over 15 years in various domain like Education and IT Services. Her experience started with the travels division of the company and led to involvement in day to day affairs of the various divisions of the company which includes HR, marketing and accounting. Over these years, she has seen the company grow in multifaceted ways and has grown with it. Suma is passionate about education and children. She is a substitute employee at the local public school district and also volunteers majority of her personal time working with children in the community through organizations like CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) where she works with children in foster care and SSIO (Sri Sathya Sai International Organization) where she teaches human values based classes to children. With her love for the company and passion in education, she eagerly looks forward to this exciting new training platform the company has started and wishes all the best to its growth.
